| 4. | We believe that our Lord Jesus Christ was born of the Virgin Mary, that He is a perfect man, a perfect God, that He died on the cross as a ransom for mankind, that He was buried, that He rose from the dead bodily on the third day, that He ascended to the right hand of the Father, and that He intercedes for us again and that He will return in glory and majesty to judge the living and the dead. |
| 5. | We believe that man was created in God's image, that he fell into sin and that he is guilty of God's wrath and judgment as a result. |
| 6. | We believe that a person can be saved from the power and punishment of sin only through the work of redemption performed by the sinless Son of God, Jesus Christ, as a substitute for man. |
| 7. | We believe that the Holy Spirit works in his life so that a sinner repents of his sins, believes in Jesus Christ and is born again and becomes a new creation. |
| 8. | We believe that the Holy Spirit lives in the life of a believer. We believe that when the believer is baptized in the Holy Spirit, he receives power and speaks in tongues and is constantly filled with the Holy Spirit. |
| 9. | We believe that God, the Holy Spirit, is still sharing gifts of grace with the faithful today, performing miracles with all his power and authority, healing the sick, casting out demons, and performing other services, for the glory of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, for the building of God's kingdom, for the building of the church. |
| 10. | We believe in one holy church where all who are born again of the Spirit of God, who is the body of Christ, are found. |
| 11. | We believe that when a sinner believes in the Lord Jesus Christ and repents, he is baptized by immersion in water in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit to express his participation in Christ's death and resurrection. |
| 12. | We believe in the resurrection of the dead, eternal judgment for sinners, and eternal life for believers. |
